When clients, Jennifer and Darren, approached us for a consultation, we immediatly saw the hidden potential for their home. Once a segmented and closed off floorplan, this entire first floor was transformed into an open, bright and textural interior environment.
Renovation included an entire gut of the first floor— which now boasts an open concept floorplan and custom kitchen. The design project also included redesign for a separate dining space, den and powder room.
Our clients have a casual luxury yet slightly midcentury inspired style- so we had no problem mixing metals and wood species. We wanted the space to feel curated, so we selected lighting and furniture from multiple sources— all the while adding more high end textures like marble, velvet and leather throughout the project.

Before Pictures
Pre-renovation images show how bland and segmented interior space felt. The home’s entrance as well as the kitchen needed an entire overhaul in order to maximize functionality and showcase the home’s unique architectural features.
