The Mini Design Consult is a 60-minute consulting session over a video/web call

$200 per 60 min. session.

Our Mini Design Consult is meant to provide an accessible platform for anyone who needs a designer’s eye. The Mini Design Consult is perfect for those who need help identifying an optimized layout/ floor plan or for those looking for general guidance on mapping out a finish & color palette. It also suits our small business clients who would like a designer’s eye in analyzing spatial flow and potential for branding & story telling to showcase product and services.

Note: The mini design session can also be geared to suit our real estate clients. We can assist you in showcasing your property in the best way possible. Contact us for further details.

The Mini Design Consult includes:

1. Virtual Meeting with the Designer

At this meeting, we will discuss your focused list of design questions and your goals for the project. The Mini Design Session is meant to be unstructured and conversational as it adapts to your design needs.

2. Consultation Report

Post meeting, a Consultation Report specific to your project will be provided within 7 business days. This report gives you a roadmap of the professional advice and tools we discussed. The consultation report will also include any digital sketches and notes that we will generate during our meeting. With these tools, you will be able to move forward with your project at your own pace.

4 Hour Design Package

This package includes everything within our Mini Design Consultation but extends the allotted time to 4 total hours of design work.

$800 every 4 hours.

This work session is intended to give a more comprehensive design consultatfor a single space. This consultation will include a 60 minute virtual or face to face meeting at your project site (local residents only) where you and the designer will dig in, discuss design goals and review potential solutions. Post meeting, the remaining 3 hours of design time is then used to source product, finishes and fixtures— or can be tailored to suit the client’s specific needs.

Note: This 4 hour session can also be geared to suit our real estate clients. We can assist you in interior styling your property to prepare for listing.
